Go higher by cable car and it gets cooler and breezier again.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"13:1-13:263;1056-1318\">For a toddler \u2014 who can&#8217;t always tell you they&#8217;re cold, and who heats up or chills down faster than you do \u2014 this points to one simple rule: <strong>dress them in layers you can add and remove quickly.<\/strong> One bulky jacket can&#8217;t adapt to the day.
